Red Brick Café Bar

Robinson’s café and bar, the Red Brick, can be found in the main college building and is accessible via Long Court. During the day, it serves coffees, teas, cakes and paninis; during the evening, from 6pm, It serves cut-price drinks, both alcoholic and not, and the world famous Red Brick Pizza.

The Red Brick Café Bar is open to Robinson members, members of other colleges and the general public.

Garden Restaurant

As is usual in Cambridge colleges, Robinson has its very own cafeteria, or ‘Hall’: the Garden Restaurant (affectionately known as the ‘GR’).

  • During full term, the Garden Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus are updated daily, here. Dietary restrictions are usually well-catered for, but vegans/ vegetarians should be aware that sometimes these options can run out, which can leave you waiting for a replacement if you try to sneak in at the end of service.

  • You can pay for your meals with either a credit card or your University Card, using the EPOS system. For a full rundown of how to pay for meals in College, see here.

    (Be sure to show your University Card even if paying with a credit card: this entitles you to the Members Rate.)

  • As an MCR member, you benefit from free MCR meals at the Garden Restaurant on Monday evenings. Keep an eye on your emails!
